“Update! On my 10 day program I lost 6lbs, not as much as some people but happy with that. I continued with one shake a day and trying to be good with my meals. After 7 days my weight had stayed the same. Another 7 days later of one shake a day and I’ve lost another 3lbs. (I’ve had the odd treat too!) Total weight loss 9lbs.
